Pro-choice demonstrators hold a banner that reads in Spanish …

photo(AP) - Pro-choice demonstrators hold a banner that reads in Spanish ‘Neither white, neither pure’ during a protest against a court decision halting government distribution of free ‘morning-after’ pills in Santiago, Tuesday, April 22, 2008. The decision, which effectively bans government health services from distributing the pill, was sought by congressmen who argued that the emergency contraceptive constitutes abortion, which is illegal in Chile under all circumstances. The decision cannot be appealed.(AP Photo/Aliosha Marquez)
